Britannia Cestrian provided a brilliant level of service from quote to removal including storage. Office staff particularly Wes & Andrea were really helpful & the company were able to move us with only four days notice which was really appreciated.
The removal teams were brilliant packing everything really well. They even managed to dismantle a particularly awkward bed which after they rebuilt it is better than ever.
The quote was competitive & represented good value for money. The level of service was quite exceptional

These were the removal people that like to say ‘yes’.

We asked for boxes - yes
We asked for more boxes - yes

We changed our removal date four times - yes

On the two day move the guys were super efficient and super friendly

Price was competitive and way lower than Pickfords

We feel that we were very lucky picking Britannia

I was recommended to Britannia  Cestrian by a friend and I would definitely use them again. My experience was extremely positive from obtaining the quote to completing the move.  I had the full packing service which I would also recommend. The staff both in the office and the guys who did the moving were all very friendly and efficient. If they said they'd call back they did and they arrived on time to complete the move. Everything was done as I asked and all furniture put back together carefully where it had been necessary to remove legs etc. Nothing was too much trouble.

This is an excellent company. Thank you for making the house move much less stressful than I imagined.

I can highly recommend Britannia, we recently moved house in Chester and used their service.  They turned up on time and had the contents loaded into the van in no time.  At the other end the contents were quickly unloaded where we asked with no fuss or breakages. The staff were friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble.

No recommendation from me! Moved out June 2016 everything went into storage until October 2016 when everything came out of storage. It then took SEVEN MONTHS to complete 90% of my totally genuine DAMAGED ITEMS claim. 10% remains unresolved as Britannia won't admit NEGLIGENCE, having lost several items!! THE FACT REMAINS, the items left my house to go into storage, in June, and were NEVER delivered to my new house. SHAME ON YOU BRITANNIA!!
