Joined here through lockdown, were I did go had to close down. Now over 2 years on I can’t keep away, I’ve been able to get my fitness back . Didn’t know anybody and now part of a family of all different wonderful types of people. Help is given whenever you need it. There’s classes and PT at whatever stage of fitness level you’re at. Absolutely love the ladies Thai boxing and boxing. The gym equipment is first class too. Plenty of instructors that know their business inside out. Wouldn’t entertain anywhere else, this is a first class gym. Great atmosphere too.

The best gym in Stirling! Such a welcoming atmosphere, everyone is supportive and respectful of each other and there is always someone around to help if needed. Trainers are knowledgeable and patient, and really want the best for their clients!

Couldn’t recommend MXP more! Such a welcoming and friendly gym. I had always been nervous about joining a gym and wasn’t sure where to start, after finding MXP on Insta I decided to join and it was the best decision. From day one everyone was friendly and welcoming which really helped with my confidence. They’ve got a great set up and plenty equipment so there’s something for everyone!

Best gym in the area staff could not do more for you. Always upgrading equipment to make the gym as good as possible. Thai team run by Brian the most welcoming team you could ask for very easy for newcomers to come into and is forever growing.

Brilliant local gym!! Staff are great, always make you feel really welcome. Plenty gym equipment for a full workout. Pt’s are always there to give some helpful tips. The evening Muay Thai classes are great to keep fit and has mixed levels of experience.

This is a cracking gym to be in member in. I’ve never felt so welcomed in my life from people who just want to see you improve in whatever way you can. The PTs around are always keeping an eye out to give pointers as well. The owner sometimes brings his pet dog Ryan in, which is a nice friendly touch as it enjoys eating your leftover protein bars.  In all honesty, I couldn’t recommend this Gym more.

Great gym! been going here over a year now and been doing PT's with Louise, she is amazing at what she does. All the staff are fantastic at their Job, very friendly and welcoming.

Great atmosphere in the gym! Everyone is really friendly and welcoming including staff and members. Equipment is also great and loads of new equipment has been added to the gym floor.

I've been training at Mxp for over a year now it has everything you need to build your body and your confidence. The classes, Personal Training and fab equipment make it an excellent place to train, not to mention the warm atmosphere. Wouldn't train anywhere else in Stirling!!!
