I first went to Jacquie’s classes in her Grangemouth studio over 7 years ago and followed her when she moved....twice...until her last move was too far for me. I have always enjoyed Pilates but it’s the variety and twist of Jacquie’s classes I really enjoy so when she went online I jumped at the chance to enjoy her teaching once again. From Pilates to classes with weights, pulse and tone, cardiovascular and intervals, you and your body never gets bored!

I have been a member of the VIP Club since the start of lockdown and it has been a real life-saver.  I particularly love the Monday morning Pilates class. Jacquie is a great instructor and provides a lot of variety in the classes.  Highly recommended
