I visited this box as a Drop-In, very friendly reception! I would recommend this Box to any CrossFitter. I spent a few mins talking with the owner, a guy named Trevor, he is a great guy, friendly and willing to talk, also he gave me some suggestions on where to eat! Another fantastic CrossFit Box tourism experience!

Absolutely amazing gym. So friendly and welcoming!

Great community, with plenty of kit and great instructors
