Been coming here for a year and a half now and its the best fitness class i have ever done! Plus the only fitness i have stuck too! The girls are all so friendly and make you feel welcomed. The instructor is friendly too and makes the time in classes to make sure she goes round everyone and helps with learning new things or things you are struggling on! I would not go anywhere else but here!!

I started attending head over heels 1 year ago and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. The instructors and other class members are so lovely and supportive. When I started I was very nervous about what the expected level of fitness and flexibility but there really is something for all levels of experience and fitness. Even if you think you’re “unfit”, “inflexible” or “uncoordinated” just come along. Fitness has never been so much fun.

I've been coming here for over two years now and I've loved every second of it. Great instructors and great atmosphere in class so you're always having fun and enjoying yourself. When one class is finished I'm already looking forward to the next one!

I've been part of the Head over heels family for over a year now and could not recommend it enough, I went to my first class on a whim and was absolutely hooked, Suzanne is a talented instructor and friendly and encouraging presence in class. Amazing atmosphere and so fun!

Been coming here a year now and I absolutely love it.  The girls are so friendly  they make you feel very welcomed.  Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have fun and get fit and toned too :
