This is a great little shop, I do t know if they still do this but one time I needed some parts that didn't stock, they lady brings out a box full of old scrap parts. She told me to help myself and if there is any thing I need to make a donation to the charity they were supporting at the time.

Just bought a telecaster from them today - and its fantastic. I was walking past the shop and I saw it in the window. They let me try it for ages before buying and they were really nice and helpful - they even gave me a free set of strings to replace the ones on the guitar. The lady who served me was knowledgable and very very nice. I might even go back next week and buy the combo that I was using - it sounded sweeeeeeet!!!!

Staff are friendly and helpful, knowledgeable in their field and honest. I oredered a specific harmonica from them, it wasn't in with their suppliers but i was contacted within 24 hours and informed of this and an alternative offered. Good customer service.
