These people are disgusting. Their product line is somewhat targeting what we'll call a senior audience. That's fine, of course, I used them for buying a gift.  I am now inundated with begging letters from charities who, when questioned, all bought my data from Museum Selection.  I was as always meticulous about opting out of any marketing at the point of purchase and I have also contacted museum selection weeks ago to complain but nothing has stopped. Charities are still telling me they bought my data from Museum Selection.  They appear to be exploiting their senior audience.

Have always been very satisfied with all of my purchases very good service and good quality.

I bought a Christmas gift from museum selection last year. Product was good, gift receiver was happy. Since the purchase I started receiving catalogues from Museum Selection regularly which I never agreed to. I let it slide but started receiving mail from other companies I had never heard of addressed directly to me. This included charities. I eventually contacted one to ask how they got my details and was informed my information was passed on by Museum Selection stating I must have agreed they can share my information with third parties. I can guarantee I wouldn’t have agreed to that when I made my original online order so this company must just ignore GDPR. I contacted Museum Selection asking them to remove me from their database and from their third party database too. The next day I receive more mail from similar charities. The frequency is ridiculous. If you buy from Museum Selection, buy expecting an increase in SPAM MAIL.

We have purchased several items from the Museum Selection and are very pleased with the quality and have found the staff to be incredibly helpful. We always look forward to receiving their latest catalogue and will order from them again Marie

My grandmother ordered objects several months ago before Christmas!!!!, including a lamp of which she only received the lampshade, after having called to express our dissatisfaction we were sent back.. ..a lampshade! We called back and they finally sent us the base of the lamp....broken!! It's a SHAME I've never seen that and the story of the lamp is only one among many!!!. To be avoided completely, this company deserves to be prosecuted for its outrageous practices.  Original Museum Selection abuse de la confiance de personnes agées. Ma grand mere a commandé des objets il y a plusieurs mois avant Noel!!!!, dont une lampe dont elle n'a recu que l'abat-jour, apres avoir appelé pour exprimer notre mécontentement on nous a renvoyé....un abat jour! On a rappelé et on nous a finalement envoyé le pied de la lampe.... cassé!! C'est une HONTE je n'ai jamais vu ca et l'histoire de la lampe n'est qu'une parmi d['autres!!!. A éviter completement, cette entreprise mérite d'etre poursuivie en justice pour ses pratiques scandaleuses.
