There for me, however, I understand that others may see it differently. Using an app to book an appointment may seem viable to some, but you can still call.nnI feel for the older generation who may not be able to use a phone.nnI'm 29 and I still have alot of trouble!
Been using the surgery for a few years now. I’m incredibly grateful for the staff here, both the gps and the reception staff. The form for making an appointment is brilliant, makes things much easier. All my health concerns have been treated with respect and care, which goes a long way.nThank you to the staff here!nI can imagine it can be quite a thankless job sometimes and quite difficult, your efforts are appreciated!
Experiences will objectively vary but 45+ waits for doctors where you can’t be even a few minutes late is ridiculous. Not only does it show a lack of care for the patient but a complete lack of organisation. Receptionist told me it cannot be rescheduled since I’m already there - I would need to start the process over. Great customer service and awareness.
Worst doctor surgery I have ever been to and I have relocated multiple times!!!nnFirstly I have lupus .. the reception refuses to speak on the phone and always referred to online form - online form completed with pictures of hair falling out in clumps. No appointment offered just shampoo prescribed. My hair continued to fall out even after use of prescribed shampoo so submitted another online form. I received a phone call to say it must be my lupus to see my clinic doctor .. I asked if I could be seen to be told no they would prescribe a steroid cream. At this point I asked would I be better going private which the nurse replied yes.nnMy husband test results were also lost twice.nnAvoid this doctors at all costs!!!
I have been trying for 6 working days to get a consultation for a blood test, going onto the online form at 8am every day to get a message that the have reached the capacity for today try again the next working day, when you go on at 8am the next working day you get the same message. I called the surgery to be told that I need to fill in the online form as they cant help, what chance do we have
