A very helpful young lady helped me select my choice and also directed me to matching items after showing her my colour samples of paint/wallpaper, also I was pleasantly surprised at the delivery date which is in good time for Christmas and gives me time to finish my decorating. I bought my items in the sale. The furniture was so comfortable it was worth paying a bit extra than normal as furniture guaranteed for 15 years and I have the option of re-covering if I want to change the colours/pattern a big selection rather than buying new furniture again. I will probably return and buy the footstool later on. All in all, very happy!
Bought a new coffee table at half price due to closing down sale. Staff couldn't be bothered although they may be losing their jobs so perhaps otherwise they would actually have some customer service!. Table is well built so that raised the star rating a bit!
A bit of a 'Pretty Woman' moment yesterday in this store. It was fairly obvious that we were not worthy of any effort on the part of the team even though we were looking to spend circa £5k. We have been looking at multiyork to replace both our sofa's but the staff were just not interested in us at all! Save yourself a journey and go to loaf instead! Also post code here is incorrect.
Laura was really helpful and patient, offering great advice when asked. We spent and hour and half with her and managed to find the replacement covers that work. A good experience!
A first class service from start to finish. Dominika was most helpful and informative. Amazing they still had a record of my original order from 20 years ago !!
I have been very impressed by the staff at the Southampton branch particularly Jessica and Laura.They have been very informative ,patient and helpful.I would recommend the store to my friends.
