While deciding on a new sofa, and its fabric, we visited the store several times, had various samples sent and received helpful phone calls. It was a very good experience without pressure, and we ended up buying an ambleside large two seater. The staff were efficient and knowledgeable. They were extremely pleasant too. The experience was first class. We now await delivery, and I imagine we will be very happy with the sofa.
The knowledge and professionalism of the staff at Beverley persuaded us to purchase our new sofas there. They answered all our questions with confidence and were extremely helpful.
The lady we saw was really helpful showed us lots of options for the chair we were looking for and helpers greatly with us to choose the right fabric and colour of cover her name badge gave the name of Karen. M
Brilliant. First time in the store and Tina very helpful and patient despite us asking so many questions.
