Customer service extremely poor. paid for Parking by the long stay car park and got charged for the short stay. Seems like this is a common problem as the staff were argumentative about us being confused and asking to let us out.
Be careful when pre paying. I normally leave my car at train stations for £7-£10 day parking, so when pre booking it came to £10 I assumed it was 7am to 10pm, turns out the automatic charge is 7am to 10am, who would use that?? Not only that, if you pre pay, you still have to get a ticket, and before exit search for a customer service office to issue an exit ticket… Compared with car parks at other stations it’s crazy expensive, a lot of effort and they’re purposely trying to get you to book for wrong times… so wouldn’t recommend
My car window was smashed in an attempted theft. The car park has no security cameras. Despite having a parking subscription, my car was left open and unattended for 48h. No attempt to contact me was made.
Do not park here, instead go for a nice meal out at a Michelin star restaurant…
One of the worst multi storeys I've been to. Unfortunately I had to pay at the office due to a malfunction with the machine. No signs showing where the office was and only found it by chance
Ridiculously expensive. Dirty. Confusing signalling. Avoid it, there are better alternatives in the area.

Only used pickup short-stay
Close to the train station. Needs a good clean!
