Was in touch with Tim over email for the past 2 days, made arrangements to go and see the car on Saturday, arrived at Chepstow TC , was welcomed by one of Tim's colleagues, looked at the car I was interested in, and it was described as it was, it was stunning. Took it out for a test drive and i really couldn't have been much happier. I was putting my car in for Part/Ex , a problem arised with my car while we were there, but Tim still took it in Part Ex. There was no pressure , no hard sales from anyone there, it was a nice environment. The whole process was faultless and went smoothly, and i would highly recommend Tim and his Colleagues at Chepstow Trade Centre to any of my friends and family. Many thanks to Tim and Chepstow Trade Centre for a very enjoyable experience.
Fantastic experience start to finish. Tim and his team were knowledgable and great! Quick turn around on purchase with car serviced and mot and ready to drive out of the showroom within 2 days! Highly recommend
Returned to Chepstow Trade Centre after 5 years to buy another car. Have to say the service I received was excellent from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
I'm not saying don't buy a car from here, cars have unknown issues all the time and can go wrong.but my experience with Chepstow trade is mixed, I bought a BMW 530 2005, so it's pretty old and will have usual wear and tear issues which I except and put right myself, the car had 2 main issues from purchase. Seat belt and airbag warning light and parking sensors . They worked on the car 5 times to resolve this issue and each time the car had the same issues. The first time they had the car for 2 weeks. They can't fix it fair enough, so I told them i would have to send it to a different dealer which they agreed to eventually. When I emailed for confirmation my reply was "please refer to previous email and return the car for repair" Tony had looked at an old email ! . I have put the car with a new garage and now there is a dispute on cost, we are now almost a year down the road with still no resolution. Unfortunately I've had to send my car for repair at my cost and have to go through the hassle of court to recover the costs .incidentally my part exed BMW was relisted on there website with the headline "much loved " how do they know? I hardly had a conversation about the car apart from the low part ex price ! . So please do your due diligence on buying a second hand car from here
Had an amazing car and even better customer service have to say a huge thank you to Tony Edit after sales customer service is shocking contacted about fault with car wasn't expecting much as was a radiator fault so could of happened at any time but very slow to reply to messages and also even though car was bought in October still 3 months later waiting for the touch up pen and new mud flaps as promised on sale of the car experience with this dealer compared to others I've used to very very poor wouldn't buy from them in the future and wouldn't recommend either
Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Prepared to answer all our question, with a smile. No pressure to buy and no being rushed. Both the initial visit to look and the collecting of car were a good experience. Would highly recommend.
Decent selection of cars but went on basis of a test drive arranged on the phone but couldn't due to their process. Unfortunately a longish drive for nowt.
Tony and team were extremely helpful and patient when I was searching for a quality used car. The preparation on the vehicle was top-notch and the overall service was excellent - highly recommended.
Very friendly staff , they definetly know what they`re doing. The valeting was great, clean and tidy cars. Fresh MOT free of advisory with receipt for what they`ve done. Great experience overall.
Traveled 6 hours for the car. Very friendly service all they way through with no issues with them. Very nice people indeed. Car was better than expected but also worse than expected. It was an older car so understand there would be a few age related marks etc but the car was so strongly priced that I expected it to be near enough mint. There was rust on one of the arches and a lot more marks on it than ever mentioned. The car had a full MOT the day before I collected and passed with zero advisories. About three days later I had the car checked at work as I work for a VW / Toyota Dealer. There is no way this car should have passed with zero advisories. Front and rear bushes were heavily perished, and all 4 tyres were 7 years old and very very cracked and perished. So I ​had to spend around £400 within the first week getting it sorted. The car was already lowered on coilovers when I bought it as well and I had trouble driving it on MOT ramp, so it looks like they have just had it MOTd without it being on a ramp or even done. Also told it came with some service history and it literally came with 1 receipt from the past year. Never had any major problems but certainly won't buy again from here.
