We recently had our central heating and radiators replace by Richie White. He also fitted our new bathroom to a very high standard. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and I highly recommend him for any work of this nature.
Richie and the team installed a new bathroom and completed other pieces of work at our home. He is one of the best people I have ever worked with. He is friendly, helpful, communicative and incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to find creative ways to do all that we asked him to. He proved to be completely trustworthy and offered the work at a fair price. Would not hesitate to recommend his services.
Just had a new boiler installed bu R White Plumbing and Heating. Found them very friendly and easy to do business with. Very reliable, a quality install and at a sensible price. Great to find a local business who are so customer focused.Thoroughly recommend them and I would definitely use their services again.
Ritchie and co have just refurbished our downstairs cloakroom and a few other odd plumbing jobs and we couldn't be happier. Service from quote to finish has been great and we're really pleased with the results. Lovely guys and great finishing touches, would highly recommend.
Phoned Sat morning as had no heating or hot water. He came out, took pictures and said he'd be back Monday. Monday afternoon he hadn't contacted us so phoned but got no reply. Two minutes after another plumber rang said Richie White was too busy to do job and had given it to him. I declined. Still have no heating or hot water. Still no reply from Richie White. Waste of time. Who needs tradespeople like this. Not even the courtesy to let us know he didn't want the job. Miriam Jones, Rogiet.
Horrifically unreliable. Arranged to come on a Friday afternoon. I made it clear I'd have to leave work early, and he promised to turn up. Received a call an hour before he was due to show up to inform me that he wasn't coming. Lost half a day's pay as a result since I'd already come home to meet him. He didn't seem to understand that he'd done anything wrong either - and also refused to come later in the day obviously an early Friday finish meant more to him than not letting someone down. I implore you to use someone else, there are plenty of other plumbers in the area.
New bathroom & en suite gutted & re fitted by Richie & team.All work completed in line with quote & always punctual.Great team to work with who clearly take pride in their work.
