Ordered a GRMN intake for my GR Yaris. Notified me via email that there could be a wait for the part and if i wanted to wait etc, but then was able to source it much sooner. Part arrived very quickly after that and was well packaged. Great service.

I’ve been going to Paul for several years and always super happy with the care and attention he makes to my vehicles. Even when I’m just looking for some advice, he’s always more than happy to help. Mainly when I buy a new car, first thing I do is take it to him for a full going over. I recently purchased a VW Transporter and got it straight to Paul. He took his time putting a new map on, getting it running really nicely. He noticed I had very little oil and filled her up to the brim, free of charge. Not only do I trust him with my vehicles and my wife’s my son came along with me. He’s super interested in cars. Paul and the other technicians made him feel really welcome and talked to him about all the cars. He really enjoyed it. Paul also let him ride safely in the Van whilst on the Dyno. An experience he’ll never forget. Booked back in again for some further tweaks shortly. I don’t hesitate to recommend Paul and Whifbitz to friends and family.

Not in the nature of leaving negative reviews however I believe aftercare or customer service is important especially when modifying a car. If a company will not stand by their own work that raises significant alarm bells. Garage Whifbitz fitted their a spoiler onto my car which they were selling, they fitted this incorrectly as they clearly didn't adjust the bump stops. This has resulted in paint peel of the rear arches where it's rubbing and the boot has seen significant wear with the screws. If the car was on 50k miles fair enough however it is still on 6k miles. The paint peel will continue to get worse with the increasing of mileage. Their rebuttal was that since I wasn't the owner of the car who bought it and they fitted it for its none of my business. Yet if a company cannot stand for their own quality of work that is inexcusable especially when they use my car to advertise that spoiler to this day. They could have offered to refit or readjust the spoiler as a bare minimum considering this has a substantial knock on effect for the car value but they didn't care at all.

This is one of the only places I'd trust for such complex mechanical work. Down to earth and REALLY know their stuff. Customer care is number one. If you don't see something advertised, just ask, and magic can happen. I could sit and watch the guys working all day
