Bought boots and paid for faster delivery, they arrived in time, but missing some studs. Sent email, received generic 'we will respond in 48 hours' response. Nothing heard after 48 hours passed, no telephone line available, no way of chasing them up! Pointless spending the 6.99 for faster delivery even if I get spare studs now! And I'll probably have to pay for them too!! Ridiculous

Like nearly all the other reviews on here. Absolutely shocking company, I’ve previously used them to order both my daughters netball trainers from here, which was fine so that is why I thought I’d use them to order my netball trainers. I got confirmation and delivery date , then I received and email saying that Hermes could not deliver the goods, no explanation nothing. I’ve sent approximately 20 emails asking them to sort it and still nothing. There no contact number that’s working. So I’ve now had to open a case with PayPal to try and get a refund although I’m not hopeful. It’s an absolutely shambles of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered boots which cost £180 on next day delivery they were sent to a local shop for some reason! Went to collect the next day they had been sent back to sender! One week later received boots! Nightmare company to get hold of only can email! Takes days to reply!! Avoid this company if possible!!!

Placed an order and was dispatched quickly, then the trouble started Evri failed to deliver even though it was to a parcel shop, re ordered and then AGAIN failed to even try to deliver and were impossible to contact even went to depot to be told more lies. It was only the intervention of the extremely helpful and efficient Liam got everything sorted out. In short Lovell were great especially customer services. Evri are a disgrace

A shambles.  The order was dispatched from both Lovells and their awful owners Sports Direct despite a subsequent order containing the same items both being dispatched from Lovells.  Then to compound this farce the returns process has been a joke.  They first want me to return to different places and then they part refund and I am still in the process of these idiots trying to refund the 2nd part which I have explained to them about 10 times .... pathetic and will never buy from them again.

As others have said lots of good products at very good prices but their website is so out of date that you are not guaranteed the items you put in your basket and pay for. I ordered 11 items and received 4! No option to cancel my order so it would have been possible to have paid more for P&P than for the items. It appears that Lovell are now a company to avoid.

Been using these guys for years, never had a problem but based on my last order I have to leave a review as frankly, there is no other way to contact this company when something goes wrong....  EDIT - Just seen they've bought out by the garbage merchants that are Sports Direct, which explains everything.  I was expecting a delivery of some new rugby boots a week ago. Nothing arrived, no communication to explain what's happened & there is no way to contact customer services other than to send an email or message on Facebook. Emails take 'up to 48 hours' to get a response, FB is apparently within an hour but that's a load of rubbish.  4 emails sent.  Zero replies.  In summary, if your order is all ok they're fine, but heaven help you if you have a problem as they really don't seem to want to offer any help whatsoever. Last time I'll be using them.

Orders boots - took money, delayed, delayed again. No reply to any emails, no way of getting in touch. Diabolical. Will NEVER order from them again. Beyond frustrating

Awful shopping experience. Used go be a good and reliable company. Now they advertise items as being in stock, take money, and then say that they are no longer in stock. This is a common theme. Seems like a dodgy scam. AVOID.

I ordered a Premier football with Lovell I was very happy with the quick process and dispatch times. Unfortunately the ball valve was damaged but once again the Lovell staff quickly replaced the ball. Hassle free. The ball has arrived so one happy grandson and one very happy grandma. Will definitely be using Lovell again
