As a birthday treat my grandaughter absolutely loved the sweet shop sweep. The joy difficult choices and 3 minute timing were a delight written all over her face. The kindness of the staff music and badge and certificate made her birthday fabulous for her 11th birthday. We will book again for her younger sister.Food: 5/5
Nice enough shop- shame about the cashier! Absolutely no patience with an excited child with additional needs! I told my son to pick what he wanted & bring it to me to buy as he has limited speech. However anytime he tried to touch anything he was told off by the man- had we not been made to feel uncomfortable I would have been purchasing all the items he was touching so I don’t see the issue! He told my son very sarcastically “you need To learn to look with your eyes” Well YOU need to learn about inclusion and some manners to boot Kid-friendliness: Non existent
Lovely old sweet shop with a wide variety of sweets and chocolates.
Lovely shop, beautifully traditional with every sweet you can think of in colourfull jars, that tempt you to try. Lady sales assistant is friendly and helpful, in her knowledge of flavours.
Understandable a bit pricey but incredibly enjoyable. Gentleman working was very friendly and polite. An amazing selection of sweets Totally making it a regular trip on our ventures to Herne Bay.
How lucky are we to have such an amazing sweet shop in our town, the selection is amazing with 100’s to choose from, classic favourites to American sweets. Lisa is always welcoming and great with my boys!
Great sweet shop by the seaside with tons of different sweets and chocolates on offer. Friendly staff and great prices too.
Love this shop. Reminds me of old local sweet shop i used to go to before school, sadly it has gone now. Mr Simms also sells a selection of American sweets too.
Brought the three flavours of macaroons that were sealed and when I got back home, I realised when I opened the pack that all the macaroons were eaten. Make sure to shake the package to ensure they are in there. Money wasted I wish I could send a photo on here.
