Best pretzel place in London. Didn't even know we had one. Located inside Westmount Mall. The entrance to go through is the one nearest to the Cineplex Odeon Cinema. Mr. Pretzels pretzels are super soft and have chewy almost sweet dough. 10 different pretzel flavours to choose from and ridiculous amount of dips as well. Kids will love the Nutella dip or cake frosting or even caramel one. Fairly inexpensive $3.99 per pretzel. Only thing I would recommend is a mustard flavoured dip of some kind. Our order of all the flavours made it a great dinner option. Don't forget to grab beer with it.

These pretzels are amazing! So fresh and all so delicious. The staff was friendly, efficient and clean! The hotdog pretzel was a family favourite! It's also located right by Entrance 3, so you can go in and out quickly. My kids and I will definitely be back!!

Your pretzels look better than the pictures. And that's saying something! I've yet to be disappointed with anything I've purchased. Even if there's nothing in the warmer, and that doesn't happen often, you never have to wait long, I think it's around 7mins to bake, for the freshest pretzel that's ever passed your lips.
I went to Mr. Pretzels and had the nutella pretzel and it was one of the most delicious things i've ever eaten. I also tried the toscana and it was even better. It tasted like crazy bread with a little spice. They roll the dough in front of you and cook it in front of you which AWESOME. I definitely recommend this place even though I was full I still wanted more!
One of the greatest pretzels youll have in london. Ordered the tuscano, parmesan, plain and cinnamon flavors via UberEats and they all taste great. Warm and fresh as well even with the delays highly recommend trying it.
This place is so good, I have absolutely no reason to go to Westmount Mall ever but these pretzels keep bringing me back. They also have a loyalty card so if you find yourself becoming a repeat customer, it might be worth it to ask for one!
