Excellent service, super beautiful, great place to enjoy a good coffee or a great dessert. I recommend the staff's service. I'm from Colombia and I want to say that this place is super cool.
IMPORTANT! During my recent visit to Cafe Concerto, I encountered a disappointing experience. I noticed an unsettling practice of adding extra charges to a particular item on the bill, seemingly in the hope that customers would overlook them and proceed with payment without question. Such a tactic lacks professionalism and integrity, casting doubt on the cafe's commitment to transparency and fair billing practices. While the matter was rectified, I emphasise the importance of customers cheking their bills. The staff's explanation for the additional charge was attributed to the system offering more options than stated on the menu, resulting in confusion about the amount listed on the receipt. Aestheticaly Cafe Concerto is visually appealing for social media purposes. Nevertheless, the food quality does not align with the prices charged. ADVICE! YOU should verify their bills for accuracy. I advise all my readers to - CHECK your bill when dining at this place. It may sound ridiculous but this is not a complain. What they did with me, it might do to you.. and yes its £2 but 2 pounds from me, £2 from you £1 from others = hundred. THIS IS AN ADVICE - take it or close your eyes - THANKS!!

Strawberry lemonade first she split the syrup on the whole Cup then she refused to remake it nicely then another man made it but even he didn’t do it nicely . Photo attached. We are coming to this specific cafe in Westfield almost every week but never coming back due to stuffs behaviour . The cashier is an Indian he is nice with everyone extra nice with Hindi speaking persons . There is a girl Zeel Who is nice . Then a guy made again but didn’t make it as it suppose to be . We keep drinking it almost every week but I know this is not how it suppose to be look
Disappointing First thing in the morning, I expected the almond croissant to be fresh and crisp . Instead it was stale , dry and lacking any flavour. Couldn’t finish it. To add to that, The coffee was cold and service wasn’t particularly friendly . Waste of moneyFood: 1/5
i have been coming to this cafe since 2017, the taste of the coffee was amazing and the service was fantastic when it first started I was always happy in the cafe. For the past 6 months this cafe has been absolutely terrible. due to the fan base they opened many different cafes around the world and people continue to come to this cafe. But now the quality of the coffee is terrible as well as the desserts they offer. I am telling you if you don’t return to making the coffee how you did before and improve your service you have a maximum of 5 years and you will be like Costa and Nero. I hope you return to how you were before. And you have to take this seriously after what happened yesterday I decided to stop going there and I spoke to the manager at the Westfield cafe. I paid but told them I was not happy at all. The coffee has become average like Costa. I used to come to your cafe because it was peaceful and classy but now it is not good at all.

We initially went to Caffè Concerto’s main branch but the staff kindly rejected us at 21:40 as the last order could be placed until 21:30, so we left in disappointment. Right after that, we bumped into this small welcoming place on the balcony which happened to belong to Cafe Concerto! Mehedi with his big smile on his face brought a light into our heart and treated us in the best way possible offering us the vast range of deliciously looking cakes and prepared us warm herbal tea. We were very satisfied with the quality of the cake and Mehedi’s outstanding service. Highly recommend this place!
We bought two cakes from this brand. Both were very unsatisfactory, especially the lemon meringue pie see photo. The pie was very old as it was bone dry and inedible. The other honey cake was not up to standard. We will not be going back ever.Food: 1/5
Mayuri was my server at Westfield White City shepherds and she has been a couple times She is very friendly, professional and kind. whatever we ordered she brought out to us quickly with a smile and provided excellent service. The food was great. I’ve been with other people and they have even said they will come again just because Mayuri was so nice ! She deserves recognition and promotion for being such a kind , hardworking individual
Service wasn’t great but it was also quite busy so I can imagine the staff being overwhelmed. The food though terrible the panini I got was not heated properly basically was cold and the plate it was served in had chips crumble had me apprehensive if I was given a used plate or what. The tiramisu was bad not how it is in your Central London locations. Milk cake was nicesaving grace. Coffee was cold but the guy making it was friendly and respectful. Anyhow will never be visiting again which is a shame as I used to look forward to coming to Cafe Concerto.
