This is my go to place if I’m ordering kebabs. The portion sizes are always generous and the lamb donor in particular is always freshly cut. A nice crisp salad is included separately as is a good chilli sauce. I can also personally recommend the Chicken Shish which is cooked and spiced perfectly and again generous in size and freshness along with the same included salad and sauce.
We've been here for a little while now as we moved from another well known kebab place in Braintree as wanted to branch out so came back to Mr Kebab. The food here is absolutely amazing the pizzas are nice and fat I love them their kebabs are on another level compared to other places the meat is juicy and very tender me and the family haven't found a single dry piece of meat yet Heck even the pitta bread is a joy to eat fresh and not dry at all. The service of this place and the customer service is brilliant I would highly recommend coming here for your food and best thing is the price is amazing for the quality of food you get. Below is a picture of what I had sorry for the bad quality picture I was rather hungry and didn't want to waste time taking the perfect picture this is the Mr Kebab Special this contains Doner, Lamb Shish, Chicken Doner, Kofte & Chicken Shish. Chicken donner meat is burnt, tried it after one year and still same issue, you shouldn't put it in wrap, should peel it off and bin hard meat first. And again, Not happy
Went in their and the man behind till was doing something on hiss phone whilst taking my order. Ordered a large got a medium. Asked for the sauce in a pot and he put it over the kebab. I asked him to make it again and he gave me the skin off the chicken donner I got no meat. Didn’t give me my Cheesy chips and then said I didn’t order any. Very disappointing as I normally love coming here

First time customers, good portions, wasn’t that greasy, quick delivery and tasted great. Will be a regular customer now

Ordered two large shish kebabs for delivery. They left items out of the order. It's not as though it's a complicated menu. There isn't even that much opportunity to mess up orders because they are all pretty much the same. When I rung I didn't ask for anything and just wanted to tell them there's a problem with order checking. If I'm honest I got the impression the person I was dealing with didn't care. Not a place I would recommend and of course if they leave out anything by the time they can get it to you your food is ruined cold. I did absolutely everything I could to list the items wanted and it was all standard. They still managed to get it wrong and waste my money and their time. On the plus side the lamb was perfectly cooked and everything fresh, crisp and really good. It just wasn't what I ordered. Like getting a cheese burger without the cheese.
The best donner I had for a long time. Good portion and very tasty. And the garlic sauce, one of the best. Must to try!
Lamb Döner could have been a little bit more well done, apart from that; standard placeFood: 4/5
