It was my first visit today to Shifnal Dental Care's new premises, and I am sure I must have one of the most elegant dental surgeries in the country! The decor is beautiful, and the treatment rooms are spacious and extremely well equipped. Most importantly, however, the staff are fabulous, professional, efficient and friendly. Special thanks, also, to Sim for always being so encouraging and positive.
I am a very nervous patient and i have just had my 1st appointment with Sim. Never have i ever felt relaxed in a dentist chair until today. Sim was amazing and made me feel relaxed and at ease. All the staff in there are lovely, what an amazing team you all are. Would highly recommend Shifnal dental care to anyone, especially nervous patients.
Wow, it’s like walking into a top hotel. Warm welcome and relaxing waiting area. As always John, Sim and team all lovely, friendly and reassuring. Fantastic!
All of the staff are warm, welcoming and caring. My treatment was efficient but thorough, they talked me through every step and allowed me to make decisions through the process. Having come from a different practice, for a change I did not feel like a number! Top marks team!

I have been a regular patient of Dr Wozniak since he took over the dental practice, from former dentist Mr Bristow, in 2008. The professionalism of the entire staff, courtesy and quality of care have been and continue to be outstanding in every respect. The new dentist rooms at Shifnal Dental Care are very light and spacious, an upgraded and lovely space to visit. The staff, as always, are helpful and really nice too.
Amazing service as always, from the lovely ladies on reception to the treatment room. Dr Wozniak is exceptional forever informative and never uncomfortable.

My visit at Shifnal dental care was above satisfactory! All of the staff from the reception to the nurses were so friendly:. I was greeted with a warm welcome with smiles all round. They made me feel really comfortable. I had a hygiene appointment with Emman who really went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and was very supportive as I am a nervous patient. I would definitely recommend this practice, lovely experience!
