I had received a couple of items online from MW and needed to exchange. One item was damaged on arrival. I thought I'd try my local store at Banbridge. Tony was helpful in every way. Items were refunded and then reordered and delivered to my door. Best of all no postal charges. I took up a lot of staff time asking questions and checking specs and Ruth, Tony's colleague, made sure other customers weren't waiting around for me to finish. Very good experience. MH not only delivers great kit, but if you hit the sales and discounts at the right time you can get some serious bargains. The staff at Banbridge Boulevard store underscored in person the great customer service I've experienced from from MH online. Thank you. Well done.
Great shop in a large shopping centre with lots of free parking.
We called in yesterday to buy a first pair of hill walking boots. The lady working there, Ruth could not have been more attentive and helpful. She found the perfect pair in seconds and helped us with other items we were looking for. All this while busily helping the other customers in the packed shop. We will be back because of Ruth.
Some good items and not bat quality and reasonable prices
Got these amazing £120 waterproof extreme trainers for just £28 in the Boulevard Mountain Warehouse sale. Great customer service - we will be back!
Plenty of choice but while it says everything must go, prices should reflect this
Plenty of good quality outdoor gear
Always seems to be plenty of outdoor stuff in here and reasonable bargains if you look for them. Always have a look in here when I am down that way. I have got a number of things here in the past.
It's OK, nice staff in attendance
