Under one years guarantee , A Skyfall rucksack bought some months ago , developed to my disapointment a small default , I returned to Trespass today requesting if possible could my rucksack be repaired ,!! A member of staff , I have to say was a perfect gentleman , couldn't help me enough . He took one step further to replace the rucksack on the spot . Thank you to Chris with the long hair . For perfect customer service . I will most definitely be returning to this shop . Happy Banbridge Rambler.

Great store of outdoor goods from wetsuits to skiing, hiking to camping etc, also helpful staff and great discounts
