Never had worse service! Went in for a gift card and stood at the side of the till waiting for 1 of 5 people standing talking to acknowledge me but that never happened. A man came from the other side of the till with a shoe box and was acknowledged and served immediately so I followed after the man and approached a worker at a free till to ask for a gift card, after receiving a dirty look from him because I can only assume I was inturpting his conversation and fun with his colleagues and he was forced to work for a few minutes. He proceeded to walk a few feet to get the gift card off the wall while stopping to talk to the staff that was nearby, he then scanned it and with attitude threw it on the desk at me hard enough that it slid across and got wedged slightly under the opposite till. He did not say hello, please, thankyou, goodbye or sorry. I am a frequent customer of this store and found that most of the staff I've meet before are helpful and kind but all of the staff that was there that day ignored customers and talked behind the desk. And the staff member who served me couldn't be any more rude if he had told me to @#*£ off instead of serving me, I would have had more respect for him and the store if he did. So I simply won't be spending another penny in this place after this! Bad enough that there's never anything good in it but before I was willing to search for good items but now I'm lacking that enthusiasm so you've lost a customer for life

Went in twice yesterday and both times staff just standing at tills chatting. No customer service at all. When I eventually went off to get assistance she just said "no we don't have that size" and walked off...I then shouted after her asking would she have that size in another pair. She continued to walk off saying "just what we have out is all we have". So rude and unhelpful. No wonder the whole store was empty. Will not be going here again and will tell people to stay clear. 😡😡😡

Large store with purely Nike products. One of the leading stores in the complex. The shop itself is light and airy, wide aisles and helpful staff. And always a bargain to be got.
