Went in to buy shoes for my boyfriend, customer service like i never actually seen before, ignored on the shopfloor for 10min while trying to figure out sizes, while 3 staff members standing behind the till chatting away about life, empty cardboard box throwen full of rubbish on the shopfloor, the place is a mess, we bought shoes but thats down to me looking and picking every boxes to help my boyfriend find a size as customer service is non exsistant, for such brand even basic customer service such as greeting should be in place rather then completely unhelpful behavior, very disappoint to say the least.
Not the greatest of timberland shops. I wanted the original 6" premium boot timberlands classic & most popular boot & this store hardly ever has any in stock & if they do they've probably got about 3 different sizes in them lol! I asked a lady in the shop about these & she says no we don't have them "because we have such an array of stock " lol! She then went on to inform me that they are more popular in London & the USA which I don't agree with, these boots are timberlands most popular boot all over the world. I had to laugh at her saying she has " such a vast array of stock in her shop" she must need to go to specsavers as there's never nothing in there or never any customers in there anytime I walk past & look in.. Tbh there is so little stock in this place I don't know how it keeps going.
Got a real nice pair of boots here. Staff were helpful, prices decent and it's a good store that fits well and reminds me of the Timberland shop in America. Well laid out and some real nice products. Would have spent more money but they didn't have my size in another.
Very quiet. Nice footwear but clothes are over rated Need to know what you are looking for...otherwise you could purchase similar in any high street store. Staff very courteous and polite.

Significant reductions on Timberland goods, particularly good for footwear. Sizes can be a challenge though.
