My son has an appointment with doctor.  I took him from his school.The Receptionist told us 10 to 15 minutes will be waiting time but an hour or more we had to wait for doctor. But doctor didn't call us. When I ask the receptionist she informed us nex patients you are. I'm very disappointed with this appointment.

My sister in law who suffers with learning disabilities was asked to come in for a ECG and bloods as a priority. On arrival we was to see Yvonne Gallagher HCA. What a wonderful kind hearted person who put my sister in law at ease after worrying of her results. Her compassion and the way she supported Claire was outstanding patient care. Thank you so much for being amazing. Thank you for all your support

I made 3-4 appointments for the baby but never found a GP at this surgery. If you want to have an appointment with the GP you have to wait at least 1 month. No GP is available even you call at 8am. Paramedic staff OLIVER ASKEW that I met today really disappointed me today. I have to say it his behaviour was really inappropriate with the patient that I definitely couldn't expect. Two months ago he diagnosed my child with a croup and now again he diagnosed with a croup but I was doubted about it. So I went to the hospital in the evening and they said it’s just a viral infection and not a croup at all.

Some of the receptions  are the best, but are t 2 of them   VERY BADLY I ring this morning for my son. i stai 35 min to wait to answer but is close the pfone straight away becuse  THE DOCTOR HI SAY No more  CALLS how is possible ?? Bad cumnication and about doctors they look in Internet if paracetamol is good pain I think for that reason doesn't have enough time to get more calls

Worse gp surgery ever seen in my life, no  appointment slots available, they say ring 8 am and they dont pick ip the phone. You walk into the surgery and find receptionist chatting while phones are ringing. Still they will nit offer you a suitable appointment. If you have the chance to see the practice nurse, she will say one problem and you only have 10 minutes. They need to shut down and be investigated by the cqc, they are a disgrace to medical profession.  If diagnosed on time, my family member would have had a better results after emergency treatment.

Dr HODDES Is simply a wonderful doctor  Very knowledgeable about different Disabilities. I'm a Deaf Person  but he has been extremely understanding of my situation. I personally think the practice is extremely good and the receptionist are wonderful but like in other practices there's always one who can be not has nice has the rest unfortunately But overall outstanding surgery thankfully I

Receptionist has a disgusting attitude! Only went over to the window to ask for advice, “THE DOORS OPEN” crazy how abit of desk power goes to somebody’s head!

I would give this surgery a 0 star if it wasn't for the reception desk being better than my previous doctors. Reason being is Dr Hoddis, disgrace of a doctor having a COMPLETE disregard for any of his patients. After waiting over a month for a phone call, which he was over an hour late for, I spoke about my mental health, only to be told I was too young, overthinking and overreacting, all while trying to push me towards paid for anger management courses... Two months later I'm now on a high intensity mental health course, and it only took 1 week to get in touch with more helpful people. All in all avoid Dr Hoddis and good luck getting an appointment :

Receptionists are always brilliant and helpful! Never have a problem getting an urgent appointment when needed. Mandy and Dr Hoddes have been excellent care providers to me and my children. Thank you!
