Awful receptionists nosey not discreet in the slightest. Could do with training in customer relations and as Doctors as they seem to want to know what your health problem is. They almost make you not want to contact the Doctors.

Rang this morning for an appointment which they didn't have, was told a doctor would do ring bk waited all day rang bk numerous time to be told he would ring me b 4 surgery ended still waiting thanks mount rd surgery for great customer service NOT

worst surgery ever, they took me off certain medications with no notice period, my anxiety and pain levels are through the roof at the minute, keep crying even a little suicidal at times. asked to be referred to orthopedics was given a number to go to a dressing changing clinic in Levenshulme???

I have big problems with my heart I was in the GP today I was not admitted the ladies from the window said that I had to go to the hospital laughing they did not help me I was lying under you at the clinic after a while I was able to get up and come home nobody helped me

Hard to get appointmens as it's always so busy great doctor's all of them

Terrible cant get repeat prescriptions unless i personally drop it in there box at surgery.. impossible when working trying to get a call bk bad too!
