I have been a few times now for hair removal sessions. Usually it is fantastic and the sessions have been very successful. My last appointment I went the woman who did my treatment was very rude and I was quite upset during the treatment. When I walked up to pay she made it very obvious she had been speaking about me to other colleagues. I have two more sessions but I am apprehensive about continuing now

I had my full body laser hair removal treatment and the experience was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, approachable and kind most especially REBECCA. I was hesitant to do this treatment at first but from that moment we sit together for consultation she made me feel so comfortable. The detailed explanation about the treatment helped me a lot to understand what I’m going through. She was so jolly and comforting, her laugh was so contagious and comforting at the same time. You wouldn't even feel the pain and discomfort because she has this power to redirect your attention to her funny stories. I felt so comfortable with her and that made my treatment an amazing experience. And also she is very thorough with the treatment, never missed a spot! My laser sessions have been with Aliya and I always feel comfortable with her, she’s very friendly and you can have such an easy conversation with. She is always checking I feel comfortable with the speed and setting before we proceed, couldn’t recommend her more!!

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS! My wife purchased a package of 12 sessions and now her hair is growing back very quick and very thick. I am not sure if she is male or female. Her colleagues call her chewbacca now thanks to this joke of an organisation. Please do not use them - my wife spent over £3k. When she went back they advised that it was genetic and had nothing to do with their treatment.  I curse this company for ruining my wife's life

Hi today is my last day for laser hair removal and I'm vey happy with the result, I would like to share my journey in Laser clinic at the Arndale ctr. with you. I started my first day with Lorraine I was worried from the result specially I have a high sensitive skin but she assured me that the result will be good, then with Emily who was very good & expert for few sessions but she left the clinic for another job.  From January 2022 I was with Paulina who was doing great, expert enjoying our chat as well with all her sessions and then Kat who was very honest and thorough in her job who finished everything, now currently I'm with Marzia & Zara who did the same, I think it is hard for me to say good bye to that wonderful team at the end, my advice is don't waste your time and money somewhere else.Service:&nbsp;Laser hair removal
