Mount Hall Care home is fantastic. The home has a wonderful small family appeal. The residents are surrounded by love and care from all staff. The food is great and the rooms are spotless. Mum enjoys a wide variety of activities, music, Zumba, animals etc and community visits just to name a few. We are very pleased at the outstanding level of care. Nothing is too much trouble.
Following a fall earlier in the year, my Mum is now a resident at Mount Hall. Not only is Mount Hall a lovely building in beautiful grounds, the staff are all very caring and enjoy a joke or two with my Mum. She has a lovely room and seems very happy here. She really enjoys it when the therapy animals are taken in to see her. I can’t think of a nicer place for Mum to live.
