The reason for my review is I have waited since September for a new front door, I am now awaiting my 4th front door as the doors have either come damaged or the wrong size. The company that is responsible for replacing my door is fineline doors and windows and Paul the director has blamed not only the faulty doors on the manufacture said to be the above company but that they also don’t compensate their customers when they are at fault.
Amazing customer service and once designed the process was quick easy and the communication was perfect. The door quality is incredible and i haven’t stopped receiving compliments
If your looking for a damaged front door or a door that is 4 inches too short and a company that doesn't compensate for time wasting after having to order 4 front doors then look no further and use doorco.
Doors are average, wait time is diabolical. We were messed around for 2 months after due date with no real reason given other than manufacturing delays. Need to manage expectations better as other build work is dependent on a front door! Wouldn’t recommend.
