What a great dealer to buy from. We received absolutely excellent service from Michael from start to finish. No pressure to buy , but helpful, knowledgeable and what he said he would, do he did. Visited Hyundai Marshall to look at EV cars. I was so impressed by the experience that I chose one. Lovely place, vegan and bright. Lianne our sales executive was great, so knowledgeable and friendly. She kept me informed of delivery throughout the long wait. On collection day she breezed through the admin and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Very nice coffee offered too. Highly recommended.
Have been a customer of Maidstone Hyundai for a few years now and can’t recommend them highly enough, Micheal pulling is fantastic, no hassle, stress free environment, relaxed and always takes time to listen to what the customer needs. He has always done everything possible to get us the best deal possible and without fuss. Makes the whole transaction as smooth and seamless as possible. For this alone we will be repeat customers. The whole showroom staff are very approachable and friendly too always greeting you with a smile and ready to aid in any request. By far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. They keep you informed and up to date with what’s happening with your car without you having to wait and wonder when you’re going to hear from them. The video message of your car’s service/mot is most impressive. I don’t live anywhere near Maidstone 45 minutes drive but the trip is well worth it!
A dealership of excellence! The web site is easy to use and provides very comprehensive vehicle details. Right from the first phone call Alex Cochrane understood our requirements and arranged a test drive of a used vehicle. All questions were answered promptly and in full and it was noticed that he addressed us both at all times. An agreement was reached and a collection date and time agreed. All admin was fully explained along with servicing options and vehicle controls and auxiliaries. Alex’s manner made the purchase process a pleasure and he is congratulated!

Marshall - Hyundai Fantastic Service & Customer Service. As a disabled customer I can’t praise or recommend Marshals enough. I was kept informed every step of the way how my car was progressing through the workshop. They did an outstanding job of fitting my front & rear dash cams , they are hard wired and look fantastic, they also updated my sat nav to the latest version for me. I have owned many many different cars over the years from many different manufacturers and Marshall - Hyundai are right up there as the best for customer service and support. Thank you Marshall’s
Lianne Halfpenny was a delightful saleswoman. She put us at ease, showed us the i10 showroom car, inspected our vehicle and, after getting us tea and coffee, got down to detail on the 1.2 litre version shortly to arrive. A fair valuation of our Alfa was given and we were able to agree a purchase price for the new car. Lianne was courteous throughout and did not put pressure on us to sign the documentation despite having to make a number of adjustments until all issues were made clear. We look forward to meeting her again when we arrive to collect our new car. Alan & Elsie

Joe Wilson was professional from beginning till date as still waiting for my car, not yet received from manufacturer, but he has kept me in the loop at every stage. Fantastic guy. Karen the receptionist I suppose was amazing, when I initially had a hitch with one of the staff, she immediately switched me over to Joe who did a beautiful job, I think Karen was away and Kim, hope I am correct who took over, was equally amazing, great team!
