After communicating via on line chat I wanted to look at a CLS which I was told they had either 2 or 3 in stock. I arrived promptly at 10:30 to meet Barry. I explained we were looking for 2 cars (one for me and one for the wife) After being shown a sold CLS they said I would struggle to find one in the engine size I wanted and wished me the best of luck on my search!.........no attempt to help or to even ask what my wife wanted! I went to the Tonbridge branch on my continued search and was met by Sam who spent over an hour & half with both of us and we walked away with a brand new GLC and we are going back to pick up a smart car in the next couple of months! In Summary, go to Tonbridge where you will get a better service!

Very rude and over the top sales tactics. Avoid at all costs. Literally forced me to buy a car as I have done a test drive. Thankfully went for a different make/dealer who were far more professional and hence ordered the car with them straight away.

Been to many MB dealerships over the years and Maidstone is one of the better ones. Good customer service, prepared to price match, and the workshop staff know their stuff. Must be good as I keep going back!

Always very helpful and friendly ☺️ although further out than my local branch I prefer Maidstone Mercedes-Benz
