Do not use these people.  My car was due it’s MOT and I discovered I had a puncture. My locking nut socket had broken and I had to have the nuts broken to get my wheel off.  My car is now missing four wheel nuts so will fail it’s MOT.  I visited the closest breakers to me SYNETIQ in Huddersfield.  I spoke to a very nice man and explained my dilemma.  He explained to me that they no longer sell parts from this site but because of my situation he will have a look.  At this a female in the office exhaled heavily and shook her head.  This woman then made a couple of calls and moments later a man turned up, obviously already briefed on the situation and asked if he could help me.  I told this guy that I was fine and someone was already helping me.  He then asked what he was helping me with and before I could even finish my sentence he said “we don't sell parts from here”  I said I know but I was desperate and this guy point blank refused to even entertain the idea and basically brushed me off and walked inside the office.  From this I expect the guy who was willing to go out of his way for a customer will now be reprimanded and the smug woman have a pat on the back!  This business is a shining example of what is wrong with society today!!  I am now going to make it my mission to turn away as much custom from these people as humanly possible.  Thank you to the guy that was willing to help out a fellow human being and what goes around, comes around my friend.  Do not use these people

Appalling customer service.  Don't phone back.  Sat on hold for 45 minutes so far to arrange collection of my car.

Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful staff. Especially the manager, Daniyal, being so rude and talking so violently to me. Such a disappointment. Deserves no stars at all. Talks bad about customers in front of other customers with racist remarks. All cars are dodgy and non road worthy. This needs to be addressed, and he needs to be removed immediately.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!  Absolutely abhorrent and disgusting customer service, i rang the place up to see if they had any car parts for my car, but was answered by a very rude and ignorant man which completely put me off trading with this company. Very bad customer service do not recommend to anyone.

Sold my car with ease and they honoured the price quote online, which i was surprised about having read reviews about other car buying groups.  Five stars to Synetiq huddersfield, you were friendly, helpful and it was a very quick and easy transaction.  Thank you.

Purchased a Volkswagen Golf with a 6 months warranty, as soon I drove off the car was not road worthy all disc and pads worn knocking from read, clutch worn badly and more!  Try to go through warranty and they wouldn't do anything saying its wear and tear!  Called SYNETIQ they were not interested! SHAME ON A BIG COMPANY LIKE THIS!

Very bad customer service Was absolutely shocked when speaking to the person on the phone very rude and impatient Was told this is the best place for cheap reliable parts Could not even have a conversation Absolutely horrific Will never be coming here again.

This company stole my space saver tyre. I had the space saver on and they didn't put it back in my boot after replacing the tyre. I obviously didn't notice Straight away, I only realised a few days ago when I had a flat and really needed it . I went down to explain they were the last ones to touch the spacesaver along with the tool kit etc, and now they are missing.....to be told to go to my dealership and pay for a new one myself!!! So they have stolen from me and refuse to do anything about it.  Absolutely disgusting and I will never ever use them again, and I will make sure people know about the terrible customer service!! Plus I was waiting 15 mins to be seen in the office, and then had to wait a further 30 minutes for the manager !

Scammers, bought my stolen car without logbook or ownership and then sold it on. Im absolutely disgusted with a huge company you think you can trust to buy cars from. Im now without a car or money. Trading standards have been informed. Do NOT TRUST !!

Does this place actually make money? Phoned them for a part, lady on the phone came across as quite rude. She took my reg number and a description of the part I needed and told me they'd phone back. I received a text shortly after quoting the price and a reference number. So I had to phone them back! After a short conversation she asked if I wanted to know what model car the part was taken from. I said yes, she said I'll phone you back shortly. Guess what? No phone call! It's like trying to get blood from a stone! Definitely not wasting my time on these guys again. Thanks for nothing.
