Terrible service - Not good, please pay a bit more at the start and avoid these at all 'costs'
Not good - wouldn't use again
Purchased a Grohe shower which i had to return and ordered a replacement. Had to phone to see where it was and Nigel informed me that they were waiting for stock so i picked a different model which arrived 2 days later. I paid for a swap out service (where as DPD bring the shower and take the old one back in the same transaction. Nigel from PF less now says the box was damaged, and had no outer box (even though the replacement came with no outer box!!) 
lucky i paid by credit card i suppose

PFL have now replied, i sent the Shower boxed back to them in pristine condition, either they or DPD have damaged it in transit. They charged me a fee of 15% restocking fee (which i am looking into the legality of). I'm pretty sure MasterCard will have something to says about this.

I'm in the process of writing to Grohe in Germany to complain about this service from their so-called agents 

Please save your money and steer clear of these
