A fantastic customer service, as they have gone above and beyond to assist finding a missing parcel.  The missing parcel was not their fault but a faulty delivery driver from FedEx.
Pricing is always lower than any other local shops.

The best customer service I have ever encountered. Understood the issue and dealt with it shame bigger companies can’t be like this business if anyone needs to train their staff on customer services learn how this company do it. Swapped out jacket no problem polar to bomber.
