Large shop, a bit messy... but... staff is horrible ... went couple of times, but yesterday clearly was visible that we want a car seat for baby, been taking them down etc... but no even single member of staff come close as offered help... so left without ....honestly if you need help from staff chose another store...useless ...

Utterly shocking. Lost the cot we ordered twice and the only thing they could do was offer to cancel the order!! Do they not think that you need the cot for a reason and that's why you've ordered it?! Absolutely no communication to tell you the about delivery status (not even a number to track it) so to find out that your item is lost, you have to phone and chase them yourself.

horrible staff! They don't know nothing about baby car seats but they're sell it. not recommended.

Ordered item on line for a 'click and collect'. Although the shop was busy I was served with a smile. Very impressed.

Staff were great, or at least the man helping us certainly was. Product ranges are decent but unfortunately the prices are not competitive. Got the same car seat in a slightly different shade of red for 2/3 the price on amazon. Great if you want to go and test out a product like we did, but I'd suggest checking prices vs Amazon or even John Lewis. They will price match if it is exactly the same unit (including colour)
