The service was initially good but delivery too long. I received a call just before Xmas for a delivery the next day but was unavailable to take it. 4 months later and no table I have cancelled my order and and even that was grief in itself. The service has been unpleasant.

Got hounded by a sales guy that followed us round like a lost puppy! And then insulted my wife and ended up walking out half way through the buying process.... These places should realize that overkill on the sales pitching can lose as many customers as what you are paid to do... Keep them and buy your product!!

Oh dear. Many months past and the lorry turned up without our sofa. Then many weeks later (another day off work), and they have lost it again. Of course, the shop manager says it's not his fault. Of course it's their fault! it's their shop, their product, they took the money from me! Why were they not on the phone to the warehouse asking them to actually check physically (not on the system), that it was there! as it's happened before, why not actually ring them and chase it for the customer! What do they do all day in that shop? Avoid, just go online, eventually when all these furniture shops disappear, people will ask why...this is the reason why.
