Awful customer service. My partner and I were advised that we could return an item and get our money back if it didn't fit within 28 days. So we popped into the shop next door, it was tried on and decided it wasn't suitable so we went straight back to get our money back to which we were told we could only have a credit note. We do not want a credit note we want the money but we were flatly refused and told that we would have been told this when we purchased the item. This was not the case. We 100% were not told that. We were told we could have our money back. Seriously not happy!!!

Customer service totally unacceptable. Have contacted head office. Avoid any confrontation with mamangement as it will leave you upset and not willing to return.

Good store for a bargain. Loads and loads of stock in a good range of sizes. Staff are friendly.
