Spent 20 mins on a phone trying to get them no answer!! Yet you can phone st enochs and they answer quickly!! Pure joke! Gave up phoning them!

Orderd 8 months ago major problem no order for 3 weeks then another 3 after a lot of hassle for a refund 
Decided to try again made and order for cot next day delivery 2 days later didn't arrive call customer service who said systems down call back the next day which I did only to be told there's a backlogged orders won't be processed until 19th the 5-7 days delivery from then so to wait until 26th before calling back it's the 12th and it's already late it's a cot I explained my baby's about climbing out her crib at time of order not once when taking order did they mention there problems. They've also taken payment twice and I'm being told it's the banks problem 
I also bought accessories for the cot for next day store deliver 3 orders not one has arrived so it's clear the problem isn't isolated 
Will never buy from here again they've currently got over £300 of my money and I've not received 1 item

Went today to buy some clothes for the kids, the till froze when we were paying, nome of the staff knew how to work It! Pathetic! But even worse when they decided to open another till they wanted us to wait and let the people after us to go first! I left the goods and went to shop at Sainsbury instead! Nice clothes, especially the Little Bird range, but please train your staff! You won't see me anymore in your shop!

Me and my partner fell in love with the silver cross 3d pram, so that's the one we got but my daughter hadn't even been I it a handful of times and the 2 front wheels broke, so we took it back to the shop, where they sent away for 2 replacement ones, 1 week after the wheels broke the full chassi broke, so I returned to the shop again and was given a silver cross wayfarer carry cot pram, which is the best pram ever. After a week and a half I hadn't received my pram back so I went into the store and asked if I could keep the wayfarer pram, I was told yes, if I return all parts of the 3d, which I did, including the car seat, I was told I had to buy a car seat as they couldn't give me one with the pram. I had to go back into mothercare a number of times afterwards to ask for the stroller part of the pram, and a raincover, which by the way was the wrong one twice, I ended up buying my own, I had to ask for the apron for the stroller. I am very disappointed in this as I should have been given all parts of the pram including a car seat, as I am now left without one.
