The shop is a decent size and has good availability of stock. Biggest downfall in the checkout area. We visited today and it was chaotic. Not accessible for disabled folk unfortunatelyat the checkouts specifically but alot of the aisles are cluttered and narrow
Just in for a wee look round this time. Enjoyed coffee and croissants at the cafe withy Sister. Looking at a good variety of ceiling lampshades. Also looked at the Arts and crafts section. And the home ware section downstairs. Got a large bag of compost to help with the spring planting. Altogether a pleasant way to spend some time.
I love the range, I just don't love this particular store. I stay in EK so it's my local, but I just find it really poorly stocked, and the staff all look like they hate there job's and mostly have faces on them that say do not approach. It's a shame as well because it has the potential to be a great store.
Check Receipt - Numerous occasions this store has the wrong price tag on display. Today this was highlighted to the cashier at checkout however is was my responsibility to to go and check. To no surprise the price charged was more than ticket price again. When staff and senior staff alerted I was met with a passive aggressive response and rude manner. I remember why I don’t choose to shop here and won’t return.
The shop has a very good amount of choice.nMy only quibble is that the cafe is a big disappointment. We have tried to use it on several occasions but with only 1 assistant on duty each time serving, making up items and cleaning tables we watch customers give up waiting. Our longest wait was 9.5 minutes to be served.
