After looking at another shop nearby for curtains and curtain poles which was going to cost about £200 I decided to pop in the Range. Well so glad I did, two pairs of beautiful blackout curtains, two curtain poles and two pictures not on shopping list I was just over £100. Absolutely delighted, the curtains are of excellent quality, love my poles and the pictures were an added bonus. The gentleman at the checkout was lovely and friendly which always adds to a great shopping trip.

Exceptional checkout staff at customer service. Really went above and beyond to package the lamps I bought to make sure they didn’t get damaged in transit.  They showed me how to remove the shades and did it for me so I could carry them separately.  This is how you proper customer service and was really impressed with the friendly staff and stock availability.nnIf you’re needing specific items of stock this store is excellent for stock availability.  For some other stores such as our local store it can show an items in stock on both the range and Wilko store but if you order click and collect the local store just cancels the order but still reports they have the item in stock.  The Range need to keep their stock levels correctly updated.  But this store had great stock availability for the lamps we wanted and could pick the items up at the store without any difficulties.

Went in on a Friday at about 7pm. There were several staff working. However when we got to the till we waited for someone to serve us at the checkout and no one appeared. So we left the trolley with the stuff we were going to buy in the shop and left. Poor customer service.

If I was coming here for fishing stuff, I would be pleasantly surprised. Staff, when asked for help, were fast and direct, so I can only assume they are well knowledgeable about their store products.nGreat parking area with loads of space.

Visited your Cafe today in EK. The 3 stars is for the cakes and tea but the service was extremely poor. Very slow, no smile, acting if they didn't want to be there and no thank you. Took me 3 times to get the right drinks and by 2 different members of staff. Wasn't busy, needs to get training on customer service, also needs to use tongs when bringing out a slice of carrot cake rather than cake slice and then touching people's cakes with fingers.
