Unfortunately having to give my experience here 2 stars. The staff were very lovely and friendly and I can not fault them at all! However the actual experience itself was not great. Not a great selection of dresses or sizes which made it difficult to try dresses on both of my bridesmaids. I understand this may be due to suppliers but it is something I would try to improve as one of my bridesmaids could not get into any of the dresses we liked as they were all very small sizes. The member of staff tending to us was very kind but didn’t seem too experienced. No measurements were taken of the bridesmaids to check sizes and the girl was extremely quiet and didn’t discuss much in terms of what we were looking for. One member of staff was a lot more experienced and asked us a few questions and discussed things with us in between dealing with another customer which was nice and I feel maybe we could have had a better experience if we had a more confident member of staff assisting us. This is not a bad review but more feedback on my experience and what could have been improved. Thank you again for taking the time to see us.
I cannot recommend this shop enough to anybody still looking for their dream dress. I came here myself to try some on, not expecting to walk away having said yes to the dress! From the minute I walked in the girls were lovely, everybody was smiling and looked genuinely happy to work there. My appointment was with Carole, I showed her the 5 dresses I’d like to try on, however with Carole’s expertise she quickly changed my mind! Carole asked me if I’d try a different style dress on just to see what I thought, and the first dress she put on me I fell in love with. It is nothing like what I pictured but as the girls will tell you, you don’t pick your dress - the dress picks you! As somebody who has always been quite insecure about my figure I left the shop feeling amazing and so confident in my decision! I can’t wait to take my mum and my bridesmaids back to see me in my dress! At no point was I pushed into buying anything and the whole appointment was such a breeze. I did not expect to leave that appointment having ordered my wedding dress but I did and I’m so excited now that it’s ordered! The girls are a credit to this store and I cannot wait to get married in my dream dress
Cannot recommend this shop enough!! Nicole was incredible when picking my dress and I found my dream dress within one appointment with Bibbidi Bobbidi bridal boutique! Lori was amazing to work with, excellent communication and massively helped me out during such a stressful time! She even went above and beyond by naming a communion dress in store after my niece!! I can’t thank or recommend the girls enough!
Thankyou Lauren for a fantastic service and experience. Lauren really is the most genuine and helpful person you could wish for when shopping for that all important dress. The choice of dresses is amazing, and will suit every budget.
Absolutely fantastic experience for bridal and bridesmaid dress shopping. The range is gorgeous, the private rooms in the store make you feel so special and the staff were truly amazing. Lori really went above and beyond and was an excellent advisor. I would recommend Bibbidi Bobbidi to all brides!

Couldn’t fault all the staff at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo. Found my dream dress here after disappointing experiences elsewhere. Got my veil here too and loved them both. Really fab service all round.
Popped in for an appointment today, i only wanted to try on sample dresses within my budget and felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever to try on more expensive dresses i might fall in love with - in actual fact the lovely manager was against me doing this! I walked in shaking, sweating and stressing if i'm honest but the shop manager was so calm, patient and friendly. While i didn't find my dress today i can go to further appointments without getting stressed out about it as i now know what i want and don't want and was helped to discover what works for me and what doesn't. I would 100% recommend this experience at this bridal boutique. I might not have my dress yet but i certainly was given a confidence boost and i thank you for that!
Pick up my dress last week. I originally went in June to try a selection of dresses and you know when you know. I felt like a princess. I can’t wait for my wedding in June 2022 to my sole mate. Xx Would recommend to everyone who wants a big range of dresses and a range of prices. My mum is also delighted as when she said to the staff that she is 70 next year they thought she was so much younger. Xx
I absolutely loved my experience here! I didn’t expect to be walking away with having picked my dress that day however the girls were all so lovely and made me feel comfortable in my own skin! As a bigger girl it is hard to find dresses that fit however they made me feel beautiful and my stylist was so helpful and brought dresses they thought would suit me and my shape also taking into consideration my taste too. There were so many dresses to choose from in plus size which is fab! 10/10 would thoroughly recommend!
