Amazing service from buying my pram right through to the after care. My pram has been sent back to Venicci a few times due to minor flaws and Jan Stewart couldn't have been any more helpful. All the staff are fantastic and provide great advice and customer service. I would highly recommend Jan Stewart if you are searching for the perfect pram.

Writing a review is something I should do more often. John and Jay at JS certainly know their stuff!! They made the child car seat buying process an absolute pleasure. They took the time to understand our specific needs and then checked everything out in my wife’s car to make sure it suited (even in the pouring rain)! Highly recommend a visit to JS especially if you are a new parent as it can be a mine field out there!!!

After a dreadful experience with the Pram Centre we called Jan Stewart. We got a really excellent and personal level of service, it couldn't have been better. We also got a great price on our buggy and a lot of information on car seat options. Can't recommend highly enough.

With 4 babies in the family Jan Stewart has become more of a family friend than just a store to visit. Jan and the team are incredibly helpful ensure that you are comfortable with every detail of each item before you leave. The range of choice is overwhelming but in a great way - we have always left feeling like we chose exactly what we wanted and for a reasonable price too. The quality of products are fantastic too, meaning they can be passed on through the family. Thank you Jan and team for your wonderful service.

Friendly knowledgeable staff nothing too much trouble goes hand in hand with the first class quality of products. Very stress free way to make a great purchase keep up the great work Jan and staff .
