Lake of customer service. Just happpen to catch a staff member rolling her eyes at my husband and daughter after greeting her.
My wife bought a Christmas jumper with a lovely black Star on the chest with a polar neck. Once home she decided to return it for a refund as polar neck irritated her. So 3 days after purchase the item was returned and £98 was supposed to go back on bank card. Now 5 days later she has no pullover and no refund I see the payment went out immediately but as l have experienced with The White Company they do not like to return it.
Couldn't fault the service here. We had a return as we chose the wrong colour online. The staff assisted and made the swap to a different colour easy and were pleasant to deal with. It's always worth paying more for service like this. Well done guys.
Rude and unhelpful staff, so much so I considered waiting to purchase my items from my regular store in Harrogate. However it appears one thing they excel at is being consistent previous review Would have expected more from mature staff.
Always a good experience, more often than not have to order in items as they tend not to have them available in-store. Some areas difficult to navigate with a wheelchair/pushchair but the staff ways helpful. There is a lift for the upper floor.
I have been here previously and been appalled at the service ... very arrogant unhelpful staff. However my visit today was much improved! Helpful and friendly staff found an item for me I wanted which hadn't even been put out yet. Clean and well organised store.
Visited the store today to be greeted by such a lovely smiley face and the lady was called Dianne. Couldn’t of helped us more !! And you could tell she loved and lived the brand.TWC through and through! thanks Dianne
How lovely are the staff in Leeds branch, sooo helpful, knowledgable and wanting to give me a great experience. A young woman called Lauren LJ is the perfect staff member, it felt like she welcomed me into her home! Thank you TWC and Lauren, see you again
Exceptional service, very friendly, best shopping experience in a long time and I'm a difficult customer at the best of times. I will definitely be coming back and the Connaught bedding now the most luxurious bedding I own!
