Very poor in store customer service.. another reason to purchase online. Staff had a complete cannot be bothered attitude when I called them I had zero confidence anyone was taking care of my order! Disorganised is an understatement I can see why online shopping is thriving I like to use bricks and mortar stores when purchasing high ticket items. That way I see the product and learn more about the item from a trained sales person. Sorry Mothercare you failed on all accounts..

Very disappointed. I bought a cot bed from them and got reassured it will be delivered within 7-10 days. I got it 23 days after without any explanation. I would never shop from them again. They can not be trusted.

Apaling customer service, member of staff left me at the till saying they need to help other customer with the car seat. Thought they were suppose to finish with you first? There is always problem with online orders and they can never help because apparently online orders are different department even though they get delivered to the store. Had parcel missing on couple of occasions with promises of contact and they never have contacted me s had to go back to the store . Everythime i place order online makes me think what will go wrong this time. This is the shop with the poorest customer service I ever experienced and the rudest staff as well.

I was over charged by £6 for 2 toys which fortunately i noticed as I wrapped them up. on returning to the shop in order to get my money back they really could't have cares less and did not even apologise. I won't be back in a hurry.

Absolutely furious with the staff in mothercare Northampton I took in my mothercare orb pram (because the recliner had broke on it) along with my guarantee and receipt booklet which is still valid! And apparently that's not good enough I was called a liar because the person who wrote in the booklet apparently never worked there and they also said I never came in to buy my pram and accused me of stealing the booklet that goes with it because apparently "there easy to get hold of" so thank you very much for letting my 1 year old to be in an unsafe mothercare product that I apparently stolen along side the receipt booklet! When in actual fact I spent 'good' money because I thought my son would safe ! Clearly not ! I will never shop in mothercare again!
