Good shopping experience. Neat and clean shop. A wide range of collections and displays are attractive. The stylish fashion at a good price. Men's dress and accessories like caps available. Customer service and support are also satisfied. The shop is not too busy. The lighting inside the shop is very good and they have fitting rooms.

I purchased a parka down jacket with advice from one of the members of the team at the store a few months ago. I was struggling to find a down jacket for my size and so the sales person showed a parka down jacket which was a “slim fit”. It fitted well around the waist but felt feminine. But he convinced me that it was a unisex jacket. It was the last one they had of that size. A few months down the line at another store I was shocked when I found out that the same jacket was actually meant for women. I had a look at the male version of the jacket and could feel the difference in the design. The quality of the product is great. However I am disappointed that I misguided about the product being unisex where even on the websites and other stores it states is for women. Moreover I ended up paying over £150 for that jacket. I was disheartened as I trusted the advice of the salesperson but misguided.
Purchased a Superdy backpack for my son as a birthday present. Unfortunately one of the straps started to fray around the plastic clip and I was concerned it would get worse so went in store for a exchange. Spoke to Scarlett who was great in helping us get it sorted. Unfortunately as kids do, my son had lost the receipt. Thankfully Scarlett was able to see on my banking app the purchase date and sort us out an exchange. Thank you.
You would think when you spend a lot of money they could at least give you the hanger. Also a lady went to the till with a hat that had z sale price on it.the assistant would not let her buy it at the ticket price.saying it was a mistake surely if it's the shops error then the lady should have paid the ticket price.
You are over pricing your items and using nonsense Japanese. is how you would speak to a child or someone below you. This company is not Japanese. It is a UK company. Speaking from 23 years experience in Japan

The security kept following me and staring at me the whole time. Too many clothes on one rack with poor lighting so it's hard to read sizes. Most shocking of all was the check out staff that looked like she had just used heroin. Serving me with her eyes shut, swaying about and looking very confused at what she was doing
Great service as always. I'm a huge fan.of the quality of there products
