During my transaction, I was overcharged for an item. When I politely raised this with the staff member, older women, with short black hair she repeatedly stated that “everything is on the screen.” I explained that one of the items was part of a promotion three items for £12 and suggested that she could check this if needed. She responded by saying that she did not need to check, delivering this in a cold, dismissive, and aggressive tone.nnUnfortunately, this is not an isolated incident.This same member of staff has served me on previous occasions and has spoken to me in a similar manner. In addition, during past visits to the store, I have witnessed her speaking to other customers in what I would describe as an aggressive and rude way.nnI am extremely disappointed by the low standard of basic customer service demonstrated. Having a member of staff interact with paying customers in this way reflects poorly on the business and creates an unwelcoming environment.
I want to give a huge thank you to Kadijah at Primark for her outstanding customer service. I was looking for a Stitch pyjama set and couldn’t quite manage on my own. As someone who is disabled, I really appreciate when staff take the time to be patient and supportive and Kadijah did exactly that.nShe went out of her way to help me search for the set, checked different areas, and never made me feel rushed. Her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made such a difference to my visit.nKadijah truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful. She turned what could have been a difficult shopping trip into a really positive experience. Thank you, Kadijah!
Went here a couple of days ago and I was served by Miracle she was patient answered my questions and was happy to help further if I needed more support. Well done Miracle. You made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Keep it up.
Just want to clarify a disgrace I witnessed today:nnI visited today and im honestly disgusted in the service. We was waiting in the queue and could hear a server who was completely appalling. The lady wears a glove and has glasses with very short hair who was in the middle till Monday morning around 9:40-10. The way she spoke to a customer is absolutely shocking just because she wasn’t from English speaking she thought she could say what she wanted.n‘I don’t understand your language, Speak English’nSpeaking about this lady to another colleague like ‘if she spoke English it would be quicker’ ‘she should be able to tell me what she wants exchange, refund etc if she’s in this country’nAsking if anyone in the queue speaks her language as she wants to get her to go. Which again is disgraceful behaviour . I want to hear from the general manger as I am appalled if this is how you are allowing your staff to act as I will be taking this further if this isn’t correctly handled.
It was an amazing place to shop for clothes. This incredible store offers great and premium quality clothes with a reasonable price range. Also the customer service is pretty good and the environment is just clean. You also get all types of clothing that you want from men to women to children to babies.
