I have used this PO for about 15/20 years and I’ll be happy to use it for another 20 years The staff are really nice and helpful and friendly service is guaranteed every time I go here.
I am 71 years young and I live near Ewood Park on Livesey Branch Rd,but I still travel to this PO

Brilliant service from all staff. The bald guy is very polite and helpful so are the other two. It's my local post office I go there nearly everyday and get treated the same by all staff.

I go here a lot as it's my local post office, I have a baby so when I visit I have to take the pram with me, I dread it every time as my pram doesn't fit in the shop due to parcels and items all over the floor once you enter.
The older gentleman lacks people skills and never helps me out, he just watches me struggle without a care in the world.
The younger gentleman (when he is in) is lovely, polite and friendly, he rushes over to the door to open it for me to get the pram through.
I just hope for the younger gentleman behind the counter otherwise i leave feeling disappointed with the service provided.
All in all though it's open every time I've needed to go, no parcels have ever gone missing so can't really complain too much.

Excellent service with the worker willing to go above and beyond to ensure customers get what they want. The shop is also a lot bigger than before and they sell a wide range of products to suit everyone's needs
