Been using this Post Office for years and especially during lockdown sending lots of parcels, paying council tax etc. Excellent service from both ladies. Very professional. Friendly and helpful. Sometimes they were the only people I’d see during lockdown and they had a chat when it was quiet. My mother is 76 and also finds them very helpful and polite. I think customers who find fault need to realise they are doing their best during difficult times and stop moaning. Some people have nothing better to do. Excellent Post Office and staff. Thanks.
I can't understand why this post office has bad reviews. The owner is not responsible for the outcome of claims! In my experience the lady behind the counter Saima is always extremely friendly and helpful! Perhaps the problem lies with the attitude of some of the customers towards her?

Saima has kept this post office open when others have been closed, she is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her, very professional
