Stopped using this post office after he gave me a receipt several times for postcodes different to which was written on item Several times I have had to open complaints up against him with royal mail for items not received Today bash did the same again missing a number from a post code written on the item Was too busy chatting with someone who wanted to buy the premises.He even asked me to confirm the correct postcode so their is no excuse. I rung him to explain his mistake and he said he would correct it.His explanation everytime is simple it doesn't matter if their is a mistake the royal mail coded reader can still read the numbers and still deliver the items. We will see in the next few days if this happens but I doubt it
A lovely friendly man named Bash served me today. I went in to get some money and decided to grab some chewing gum. The man smiled and asked me if I was ok today and if he could help point me in the right direction of what I was after. I said that I'm one of those people who likes to just look just in case I see something I want. But I wasn't looking for anything in particular. But I'd know what I wanted if I saw it. He put a smile on my face. Just had to say that he was fantastic. So thank you Bash. X
