Nice clean and tidy site with a small but reasonably well stocked shop at the reception, nice friendly and helpful staff. Clean and good facilities but one or two of the pitches can be tricky to get on without churning the grass up. Great location for trips into Edinburgh as the number 11 bus stops outside the site. All in all this is a great site that we have used a few times and will continue to do so. 👍😁

The campsites are well maintained, quiet, and clean. We stayed in the seasonal grass pitch area for very high price per night for an area with no electrical hookup and no picnic table. I was disappointed to find that they ask for £2 per phone if you need a charge. We were on touring bicycles so charging in a car was not an option. If you want electricity in the kitchen area it was an additional £1 per 15min! We felt safe and comfortable, but for the base price they should offer more essential services.

Great place for doggy walks. Soooo many routes to take and so many different scenes. Will definitely be back! 💁🏻‍♀️🐶

My go to place when in Edinburgh. Wigwams and caravans good and well kept. Helpful staff and a very cosy pub onsite that as a single woman I didn't feel uncomfortable going into.

Great site, good facilities and pub & restaurant are dog friendly. Some great walks, large pitches. Friendly staff
