I have not been in Morrisons for a while but I was disappointed this morning when I called in at the Swinton store. I fancied a coffee and toasted tea cake in the cafe so went to the counter to order ,only to find a computer screen had replaced the usually friendly attendants . I proceeded to order and found the process less than straight forward. Firstly I couldn’t find Teacakes in the numerous menus , secondly when I asked a member of the catering staff she was quite abrupt and not very helpful.The end result was that I didn’t stay for a coffee and Morrisons lost some revenue.Not very good for me as a customer and you as retailer. I like this store more then ASDA next door. I think that especially fruit and vegetables are better quality. The staff is always nice and helpful and of course there is a Small Cafe place in site. Only the car park could be a bit bigger

Great meat section loads of variety if you like stake. Love the bakery. Nice shop all round.
No Morrisons flat mince pies AGAIN today and none last week, you only sell them for a few weeks each year !!! You have a Bakery - cook your own. It's C h r I s t m a s !!!
Not aimed at the supermarket its the cafe machine not accurate says sugar free Fanta which isn't available and according to the staff never has been then every table was dirty asked for a cloth got a snippy reply then after waiting was told no tuna available erm your in a supermarket food when arrived was disgusting salad was soggy potato tasted weird will not be returning
One of the only supermarkets with a proper deli and cold meats sliced to your needs and a salad bar and pizza freshly prepared
Very poor customer service by the woman at the cigarette counter, Bushra was her name. Stood there looking miserable as hell, when I approached to buy something she was rude, abrupt and dismissive. Why put someone like that in a customer facing role? Just reflects terribly on the company
Need to have more specials like other supermarkets be more helpful and friendly. Not show it when you don't want to help someone rather keep quiet or have some respect or manners.
