In the final stages of a major redevelopment which will transform the look of the store. Feels different and more appropriate to the demands of shoppers in a city centre location. The Food hall should look awesome when finished and the cafe was smart and relaxing space.
The food hall.....WOW! It's beautiful. Had no clue that it has been revamped and they have done a wonderful job. The whole shop is stunning now. Everything spaced beautifully plus the cosmetics section is very classy. Well done M&S.

What's the issue with 34"x29" Reg trousers? They never have this size. Even the discounted rail had every size except 34" waist.. 3 star is for their food.
I went to the Marks & Spencer’s cafe in September 2020 . And I ordered a cappuccino and pizza which was fine. But I also ordered a drink and I was ready to take it from the fridge but they said they would bring it over and they didn’t bring it over. I thought this was poor customer service. It may be the fact that I was from London....
Some real nice food over there. They even have a lil place where you can fill your own containers to help be environmentally friendly which is pretty cool! I especially enjoyed the £10 2 pizzas and 2 sides
Very nice experience, nice smell, nice presentation of products. Regarding social distancing there are clear labels and it wasn't crowded inside. No shortages of any products. Pricing very competitive and many discounts. Would go there again if I have to.
Usually love going in here until recently. Spoke to Claire I think her name was.. bigish lady with a all I can describe is a scruff bun, stunk of gin she isn’t kept shrugging me off every time I asked for something. Disgusting behaviour, M&S you need better referencing procedures if this is the callibre you are hiring these days.
Jo and Lindsay were extremely friendly and very helpful when trying to find some clothes and purchase them.
